Russ Allan, Associate

Russ has 36 years military service from private soldier, infantry, Korean War, to Brigadier General, Director General Supply Systems at National Defence Headquarters.

Other Senior Officer appointments have included Base Commander, CFB London, Chief Logistics Officer, UN Forces Middle East, and Director of Manpower & Operations, Director Supply Resources & Operations, and Director Procurement & Supply, NDHQ.

Since leaving the military he has provided marketing advice and business intelligence to leading defence & technology companies including the ADGA Group, SHL Systemhouse, SPAR Aerospace, INVAR, SIMWARE, ASI, Informix and  VALCOM Ltd.

Well known in the defence community, Russ provides great knowledge of government procurement process along with a hands-on approach to business issues and needs.

He is a graduate of Queens University with a BA in Political Science and the Canadian Army Staff College.  Russ is a former Chairman of the National Association of Canadian Clubs and has served as President of the Canadian Clubs of Southern Germany, London, Ontario and Ottawa.
