For the last nine years, Sheila has been providing legislative & regulatory research - tracking consumer protection, health, tax, packaging, & direct marketing regulatory issues - for major international direct marketing, consumer goods and packaging clients. She creates much of the content, manages and maintains the Hillwatch.com site.

She is a graduate of Concordia University with a BA in History.
